Purpose: To map the choriocapilar, medial and large vessels layers in relation to your orientation and relative distribution (remodelation) in ocular contuse trauma.
Methods: Structural analysis was performed by histological sections of eye enucleated posttraumatic contusion. We study the area with hematoxilin and eosin, PAS and inmunohistochemical with CD 3 4 and posterior image analyzed. (N: 5 cases).
Results: Compared with normal vascular choroid, in ocular contuses trauma, and was dramatically change around the equator and chorio-capilar sectors. The shape of vessels was ovoid and more rigid in your appearance.
Conclusions: The development of trauma involves a high degree of choriocapilar and others vessels choroideal layers. This change in orientation, distribution and measures of vessels was more important in the pathogenesis of the lesions trauma.
